Since his childhood, Orlando has been a coffee farmer on his parent's land. He fell in love with coffee while learning on his farm, and follows organic farming practices producing coffee free of agrochemical material by implementing agroecological practices that contribute to the preservation of the environment.  The Tabi (means good in the native Colombian tribe) varietal is a hybrid of bourbon and typica. The fermentation process only begins with ripe cherries for 36 hours to then be washed and sun-dried.
